What's in this course?
This is a course designed for guitar players who want to play bass but not sound like a guitar player playing a bass.
My friend Rhett Shull—a long-time professional guitar player and music educator as well as a seasoned bass player—sits down with me and we talk about the differences between electric guitar and electric bass. We share exercises, insights, and perspectives on how to become a bass player in both technique and mindset.
NEW COURSE CONTENT
This course was originally designed as a short mini course with Rhett and myself. I've created an additional 30 minutes of information to take it to the next level.
In the new section, I discuss how to improve your Timing, Taste, and Tone as a bass player transitioning from guitar.
